Before Marie Miyashiro found the Brave Thinking Institute, she described her life as “full of anxiety.”
She constantly felt overwhelmed, stressed and worried about all she needed to get done each day. Her life was out of balance and her health was suffering. She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in her 20s and at that time her doctor told her to reduce her stress. She made a few changes, and survived that bout with cancer. Years later, however, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
It was then that Marie knew she really needed to change her life – to not just put a band-aid on her problems, but to completely transform how she lived. She yearned to see her mother more often and dreamed of playing golf again.
She also knew that in order to change her life, she needed support.
That’s when she made the decision to come to DreamBuilder LIVE. It was there that Marie heard Mary talking about “time freedom,” and she realized that was what was missing in her life.
“… I heard this voice inside of me and it was a beautiful voice and it said, ‘Marie, this is your time.’”
While at DreamBuilder LIVE, Marie enrolled into Brave Thinking Masters Platinum.
Fast forward to today…
Every day, Marie wakes up relaxed and no longer feels overwhelmed when she looks at her calendar.
With the tools she learned at DreamBuilder LIVE and in Brave Thinking Masters, Marie discovered how to manage her own mental and emotional states. Because she understands how to control her mind, and therefore her emotions, she knows that she can handle anything that comes her way.
“Now, honestly, I’m not afraid of anything happening in my life. I know I can handle it.”
Marie learned how to put her self-care first and it shows in her results. She now works half the time she did last year and makes 30% more income!
After 16 years away, she moved back to Hawaii, where her mother lives. She plays golf regularly now – and recently even played in one of the larger amateur golf tournaments!
“I put my personal life first – my self-care, my golf, my family and friends, my vacation, I put all of that first, for the first time ever… “
