If you’re thinking about becoming a life coach, you need to know how your health, your relationships, and lifestyle will be affected by your decision.
When you choose a vocation, it’s important to pick one that doesn’t just support you financially, but is in alignment with all of your values and dreams.
After all, there’s more to life than making money and changing other peoples’ lives. There’s also your own health, your relationships, and the lifestyle you’ve chosen to live day after day.
If you’re thinking about becoming a Life Coach, you need to know how these things will be affected by your decision. So today, I’m going to explore how becoming a coach can help you in three key areas of your life:
1. Love
When you learn the principles of success in order to become a Life Coach, you aren’t just learning how to help your clients. You’re also discovering how to envision and attract the things you desire into your own life, including lasting, passionate love.
By learning how to coach your clients in groups, you enable yourself to make a good living in fewer hours, which frees you up to spend more time with your existing partner, or to devote more of your week to meeting great people.
And when you’re happy with your life, and passionate about your work, it fills you with a magnetic vibrancy that’s incredibly attractive to the kind of people you want to have in your life. When people mention individuals who have ‘that special something’ about them, that’s often what they’re referring to.
2. Lifestyle
The effect that Life Coaching has on your lifestyle is similar to the one it has on love: when you know how to design and create the life you desire, and make a large income in few working hours, you can use that knowledge, money and time to create a lifestyle that’s ideal for you.
Whether your dream life consists of traveling the world, spending lots of time at home, building your perfect house, or raising a happy family, anything is possible when you have the tools you need in order to create it.
3. Health
You’ve probably heard it said that we spend our health to create wealth, then spend our wealth to restore our health.
That’s why, whenever I train a life coach, I make sure they’re setting time aside to take care of themselves.
I teach them how to clear the mental obstacles that stand between them and vibrant health, and to create a lifestyle that supports their bodies in having the energy and wellness they were meant to enjoy.
