Here are 5 power questions you can ask yourself today (and everyday moving forward!), to get you in touch with your intuition and what you need to fill your own cup and show yourself some extra TLC:
- What am I grateful for today?
- What do I need to do for ME today?
- How can I show myself love today?
- What little things fill me with joy today?
- What can I do today to feel nourished body, mind & soul?
Take a few quiet minutes and listen to the answers that your inner wisdom wants to share with you.
Write these answers down and then make a commitment to fulfill your OWN needs today!

It was an awesome day, an article on my grandmother appeared in the NYTimes, and I had the chance to ask the world if anyone knew of a high-end film maker who would be interested in her story. Larry helped me to finish my last piece of work before launching my new web site. So happy about that. Got to visit with an old friend and his amazing 10 year old son, who just made a commercial for Target.

I’m so grateful for access to quality health care and wellness resources. I’m grateful that I empower myself to champion my own health. Today, I plan on relaxing, goofing off, painting my nails, listening to music, TransceDANCE (TM), prayer/meditation, review my yearand monthly goals, watch cute/funny videos, nap…and I release the thought that I have to do all of them today. All about BEing today. I also plan to say “I love You” each time I pass a mirror! I’m going to build a really yummy salad – something really delicious as I sometimes get into a rut.

Today I expressed self love in my healthy food choices and through exercise. In addition, I decided to treat myself to a rental car as my own car will not be able to be repaired until Friday morning. I really did not want to spend the money but I also did not like being without a vehicle. After making the decision, I went online to set up the reservation. I got a 5% discount and they picked me up to take me to the rental center. I only paid for a small vehicle but the universe rewarded me by providing me with a beautiful luxury SUV. Woohoo! It is truly good to be good to yourself.
