My all-time favorite fun-fitness method is mindful-movement, or in other words, “conscious dance”.
What does that mean you might ask?
In simple terms, it means to put on your favorite piece of music, close the doors and the blinds, allow your body to be your guide, and dance like no-one is watching!
There’s nothing, in my mind, that’s more fun and freeing, and life giving than even 5-minutes of dancing!
I do this with my kids, my hubby, my clients and alone.

As I dive head-on into my 40’s I notice now more than ever the importance of my natural life-style and how it’s made a BIG difference over the years.
I often get told I look a decade younger (or more) than I am.

Many of us grew up on all kinds of Christmas carols, and when we hear those Christmas carols, they can actually take us right back to the days of our childhood.
One of my favorite Christmas carols has a line in it that says,

Have you ever judged someone without knowing the whole story behind why they were acting the way they were?
A number of years ago, after food shopping at a grocery store, I got into the checkout line to pay. The store was busy, and the line up to reach the cashier was long.
After being in the lineup for some time, I eventually noticed that the cashier seemed really grouchy and irritable with each customer she dealt with.
