A Miracle in Costa Rica
Cristal Bindrich’s Transformational Healing
Cristal Bindrich decided to join Jennifer Joy Jiménez’s Transformational TranscenDance™️ retreat in Costa Rica, with the vision of greater.
Keyser I’m gonna go by myself no no no no no no healing, mobility, spiritual connection, and motivated action.
As the retreat drew close, she was concerned and uncertain about what she could physically manage. For months, she had relied on a cane to navigate her daily life. Walking up and down stairs without a railing was impossible, and her left leg—unable to bear weight since January—made even the simplest movements a challenge. Despite months of physical therapy, progress had been elusive, and Cristal doubted whether she could fully participate in the retreat’s activities, especially the vibrant TranscenDance™ sessions Jennifer had planned.
On the day the group took a transformational excursion to the largest and only double labyrinth in the world, Cristal’s life took an unexpected turn. With a question weighing on her heart—“I know it’s my time to speak, but what exactly should I say?”—she entered the labyrinth seeking clarity.
As Cristal moved through the first circle of the double labyrinth, she felt a powerful connection. “I channeled the information I needed and was given the words to speak,” she later shared. When she reached the center, something extraordinary happened. “It felt so warm and healing. The sun was streaming through the trees, and I lifted my arms, raising my face to the light. It was an incredible moment of receiving love and energy from Spirit.”
Emerging from the labyrinth, Cristal returned to the retreat’s activities with a renewed sense of peace. The group moved to the dance dome, requiring them to climb a set of stairs. Without thinking, Cristal walked up the stairs naturally—without her cane, without hesitation, and, most importantly, without pain.
The relief wasn’t fleeting. From that day forward, the pain in her knees, hips, and legs was gone. “It was a miraculous healing,” Cristal said. “What doctors couldn’t do, Spirit did. It was truly a transformational moment for me.”
The very next day, Cristal faced another test: tackling a Costa Rican volcanic waterfall excursion involving 150 steps down and back up. Some of these steps were on a swinging bridge, requiring her to walk and balance simultaneously. Remarkably, she accomplished it all—without pain. “And I did it,” she recalled. “It was amazing, just amazing.”
Cristal’s story is a testament to the transformative power of mind-body-spirit alignment. In a space filled with intention, community, and healing energy, she experienced a breakthrough that went beyond the physical—a moment of divine connection that reshaped her life forever for the better.
The Top 5 Benefits of Bringing TranscenDance™ on Retreat and Becoming a Trained Facilitator
In today’s fast-paced world, wellness retreats have become a sanctuary for personal growth, healing, and transformation. Adding TranscenDance™—a unique fusion of free-form movement, mindfulness, and transformational spiritual principles —to a retreat elevates the experience to new heights.
Moreover, becoming a trained TranscenDance™ facilitator allows you to guide others in accessing their inner joy and vitality. Here are the top five benefits of incorporating TranscenDance™ into your retreats and why being a trained facilitator is a game-changer.
1. Deep Emotional Release and Healing
TranscenDance™ creates a safe and nurturing space where participants can connect deeply with their emotions through movement. Many people carry unresolved stress, trauma, and tension in their bodies. By moving intuitively and following guided exercises, they release these emotional blocks, often experiencing profound healing.
Facilitator Perspective: As a trained TranscenDance™ facilitator, you are equipped to guide participants gently through this healing process, providing tools and encouragement that empower them to reconnect with their authentic selves.
2. Enhanced Mind-Body Connection
Movement is medicine, and TranscenDance™ helps participants attune to their bodies in a way that feels natural, joyful, and freeing. This practice enhances body awareness, improves physical vitality, and encourages mindfulness in every aspect of life.
Facilitator Perspective: You’ll master techniques to help others cultivate this mind-body connection, transforming their relationships with their bodies and themselves. This skill is invaluable not only in retreat settings but also in workshops, private sessions, and group events.
3. Amplified Group Energy and Connection
There’s something magical about moving together in a group, sharing energy, and creating a sense of unity. TranscenDance™ fosters a deep bond among retreat participants as they support one another in their journeys of self-expression and growth.
Facilitator Perspective: You’ll learn to hold space for a group dynamic that encourages trust, joy, and shared breakthroughs. This transforms retreats into unforgettable, community-building experiences.
4. A Fun, Accessible Approach to Wellness
Unlike traditional exercise or meditation practices, TranscenDance™ is playful, accessible, and adaptable to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. It invites participants to experience the freedom of movement without judgment or pressure.
Facilitator Perspective: As a facilitator, you can meet people where they are, making wellness approachable and enjoyable for everyone. This inclusivity ensures that no one feels left out, and everyone can experience the benefits of the practice.
5. Personal Growth and Professional Fulfillment
Becoming a TranscenDance™ facilitator is not just about helping others; it’s also a journey of self-growth. The tools and techniques you learn enrich your personal life, helping you stay grounded, energized, and aligned with your purpose. Professionally, facilitating TranscenDance™ sets you apart in the wellness industry, giving you a unique modality to offer clients and retreat participants.
Facilitator Perspective: The certification process deepens your understanding of movement-based healing, equips you with marketable skills, and positions you as a leader in the health and wellness space.
Why TranscenDance™ Matters on Retreats
Retreats are an opportunity to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with one’s inner self. TranscenDance™ amplifies this by offering a unique, transformational experience that stays with participants long after the retreat ends. They leave feeling lighter, more confident, and more in tune with themselves—an invaluable gift that keeps them coming back for more.
Whether you’re hosting retreats or looking to expand your wellness practice, incorporating TranscenDance™ and becoming a trained facilitator is a powerful way to make a meaningful impact. By sharing this life-changing modality, you help others unlock their full potential while experiencing your own personal and professional growth. That’s the ultimate win-win!

Why 80% of New Year’s Resolutions Fail (and How to Make 2025 Different)
Break Through the Resolution Rut: Jennifer Joy Jiménez’s 3 Steps to Create Lasting Change in 2025
Every January, millions of Americans set resolutions, yet 80% fail by mid-February. Why? Most resolutions target surface-level habits without addressing the deeper mind-body-spirit alignment needed for lasting change. Jennifer Joy Jiménez shares a groundbreaking approach rooted in transformational coaching principles. Jennifer’s strategies address the real reasons resolutions fail—helping people break through old patterns, spark true motivation, and sustain progress.
Top 3 Tips to Make Resolutions Stick in 2025:
- Vision Beyond the Goal:
- Most people set goals like “lose 10 pounds” or “save money,” but these lack emotional depth. The key to success is connecting your resolution to a compelling vision of your best life.
- Actionable Item: Close your eyes and imagine yourself one year from now, living the results of your resolution. Write down how you feel, who you’ve become, and why this matters. This emotional connection fuels commitment.
- Shift Your Paradigm, Not Just Your Actions:
- Resolutions fail when they don’t address limiting beliefs. Instead of just changing behavior, transform your mindset to align with your vision.
- Actionable Item: Identify one limiting thought (e.g., “I’m not disciplined”) and replace it with an empowering belief (“I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to”). Say this affirmation daily while visualizing success.
- Anchor Change with Daily Micro-Habits:
- Big goals can feel overwhelming, which leads to burnout. Break them into micro-habits you can celebrate daily. Small, consistent actions create momentum and lasting results.
- Actionable Item: Instead of committing to an hour at the gym, start with 10 minutes of joyful movement. Each day, build on these small wins to reinforce a sense of accomplishment.
Incorporating these strategies into your New Year’s resolutions can transform your journey from fleeting intentions to lasting success. By grounding your goals in a powerful vision, shifting limiting beliefs, and anchoring progress with micro-habits, you’ll create meaningful and sustainable change. As Jennifer reminds us, true transformation begins from within. This year, commit to not just setting resolutions but to embracing a holistic approach that honors your mind, body, and spirit. Let 2025 be the year you step into your fullest potential—and stay there.
